Renovated in 2018 to feature a number of modern entertainment features and spread the joy from classics such as FlowRider, this Voyager Class vessel calls Orlando home and features itineraries to Bahamas and the Caribbean. Highlighted for shorter, weekend breaks.
I had opportunity to inspect the Mariner not long after completion of renovations in 2018 and spotted her again in port in Nassau. The most obvious of upgrades include the upper deck family entertainment, including the water slides and a bungee trampoline experience which lights up at night! Classics such as FlowRider were also installed. In the ship's interior, look forward to Jamie's Italian, polynesian themed bar spaces, and even laser tag!

Dress code
Life on the Mariner can be pretty chilled out, you'll need mostly casual dress during your cruise. You should still leave the swim wear on the pool deck, however. Shorts are reserved for breakfast and lunch only. Think smart casual during the evening, with a collared shirt for the gentlemen and a blouse or dress for the ladies. The ship's calendar of events will be determined as appropriate, but you might see a formal night or two during your sailing.
Gratuities
Daily rates vary on cabin category and are applied to all individual guests regardless of age. The daily rate is per person in USD, $14.50 for Junior Suite cabin categories and below, $17.50 for all cabin categories at Grand Suite and above. The rate may be pre-paid or automatically added to their SeaPass account. There is also a rate for beverages, mini-bar items, and spa or salon purchases of 18%.
