The Seven Seas Mariner was said to be the first true all-suite ship when it set out on its inaugural season. The vessel enjoyed a 2018 refurbishment and today features itineraries throughout the Pacific region, including Asia and South Pacific ports of call. Alaska is a primary destination for the Mariner in the summer months, gliding by majestic glaciers and old mining towns. She carries only 750 passengers, meaning plenty of space to relax.
The Mariner introduced the idea of rich culture gastronomy in being the first ship to host Le Cordon Bleu of Paris on board. Today, the Mariner hosts guests of all ages. Special programs for children and teens are offered throughout the day while the adults might listen to a lecture by a naturalist. Anyone who wants a stress free and all-inclusive voyage with a touch of adventure served up first class would enjoy a Mariner tour of Alaska, or any of the curated itineraries.
Planning your cruise
For cruises of Alaska, check out the Skagway miner's train and take in the amazing views from an old steam engine. Juneau is also a hit for all kinds of shopping, alpaca is prominent there for its soft, light and durable qualities.

Dress code
Regent moved to a slightly more relaxed state of dress not so long ago, with guests now enjoying separate daytime and evening dress codes. Up to 6pm you might simply enjoy resort style wear, such as shorts, jeans, or even sneakers. However, you'll want to dress more elegantly as the evening draws on, with two suggested options for various themed nights as dictated by the length of your itinerary. Think country club casual, and you will be fine.
Gratuities
As an inclusive cruise line, gratuities are included in your cruise fare on board the Seven Seas Mariner.
