Our healthcare workers ‘Thank you’ special offer is available globally to all front-line and back office workers from the healthcare industry, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists as well as all those who work in research laboratories.
Select sailings only, discount dependent on season.
Eligible healthcare workers: All doctors, nurses, front line and back office workers employed in hospital facilities, other related hospital services (ie. cleaning staff - only if directly hired by the hospital, excluding private companies), family doctors, pharmacists (operating during pandemic), private doctors and medical figures not employed in hospital facilities ONLY if specializing in directly related COVID-19 diseases (doctors who specialize in pneumology, virologists), healthcare volunteers (ambulance, social services) who offered their support during COVID-19 emergency, firefighters, retired doctors who were called back to service to give support during pandemic, research lab employees (only if you've specifically performed COVID-19 tests).
Note, given the current health and safety restrictions applied in terms of country of residence, only residents of Schengen countries can use this benefit on cruises currently sailing in Europe.

MSC's healthcare workers ‘Thank you’ offer is open to all new bookings confirmed up until 30 June 2021 for select sailings departing up to 30 April 2022* and is subject to availability at the time of reservation, discount based on season.
This healthcare workers ‘Thank you’ discount is intended per cabin and applicable to the cruise fare only. It can be combined with the on-going promotional rates at the time of booking as well as with the MSC Voyagers club discount.
Future Cruise Credit (FCC) vouchers holders, if being a healthcare worker, can also benefit from this offer when redeeming their voucher during the above-mentioned booking period. This offer is not retroactive**.

Eligibility must be confirmed in advance of booking and by submitting a copy of of his/her official proof of service plus his/her ID card at the time of booking. Those same documents will also be required at embarkation.
The healthcare worker must be part of the reservation to benefit from this offer. If his booking includes several cabins, the discount will be applied only to the cabin which the healthcare worker is in. The same healthcare worker can benefit from this special offer for several bookings, as far as he/she is always part of the booking.
