The InterContinental Presidente Cozumel Resort & Spa is a well-received 5-Star property, boasting a private beach with beach club, a selection of local and Mediterranean-inspired restaurants, and, of course, the resort spa.
Choose from among suites & executive rooms in one of the most well-appointed properties in luxurious Cozumel. This might be the resort for you if you're into beach side yoga or scuba & snorkeling. This InterContinental property is also pet-friendly for those bringing a friend under 20lbs.
Planning your trip
Diving has been mentioned a number of times, but there is also a Niklaus Group golf course at the Cozumel Country Club only 20 minutes away. Interestingly, it's the first golf course in Mexico which runs concurrently with bird watching!
When you should go
The InterContinental here has an in-house dive shop with a great reputation. If you're visiting Cozumel to dive, consider planning your visit for the April through August time period. It's not as busy and the water conditions are better.
A lot of the coastal areas of Mexico remain warm throughout the year, Cozumel is no different!
What else you might need
As far as we're aware there is no day rate for non-guests of the resort. You must be staying at the property to use the pool and other major facilities.
