A restaurant disguised as a pub or a pub disguised as a restaurant? You'll struggle to miss Willie T's if you're just strolling down Duval Street, listen out for the live music or look out for the collection of dollar bills hanging from the ceiling or pretty much any vertical surface.
You'll enjoy this pub/restaurant if you're looking for a truly "Key West" experience. That can be as quick as a single set or as long as an afternoon-becomes-evening session. How long before you start singing along is more the real question.
Planning your trip
Excluding special events, there's a drink special on every day. It's most frequently margaritas, oh no!, but rum runners find there way in there on Thursdays and you can snag a Bloody Mary or two on Sundays. Quite fitting.
When you should go
Open 7 days a week from 10am, the live music starts at 11am and wraps up in the early hours of the following morning.
In our opinion, there's no better way to enjoy the venue than out on the patio and under the sun. If it is a bit dreary, you can retire inside and disappear among the decorations of dollar bills.
What else you might need
As far as we're aware, outside of special events there is no requirement for a reservation. However, you may struggle to find seating as the day closes in on happy hour or the setting of the sun.
